One of my first big woodworking projects, this shaker clock combines curly maple construction with marbled walnut veneer on the inside. Creating a dark box on the inside really pops the etched copper dial and the bright brass pendulum. I tried many new things with this project, learning how to apply veneer with a vacuum bag and transferring digital designs for metal etching.
